Artificial intelligence is reshaping organisations at a pace seldom seen in the history of business. It redistributes value, displaces skills, retires some occupations, calls others into being. Two pitfalls await those who must decide: precipitation, which multiplies experiments without governance; and watchfulness, which lets the competitor take the lead. ParisNext stands for a third path : intervene with method, write before coding, measure before industrialising, transmit before leaving. This, in our view, is how an advisory firm serves the institution that has chosen it.
