01 Weeks 1 to 2 Immersions alongside the relevant directions, executive-committee workshops, a critical reading of the data at hand. We formalise three testable value hypotheses and the frame within which they must be settled.
02 Weeks 3 to 6 A small team brings together strategy, design, engineering and legal. We deliver a working prototype on one or two use cases, plugged into your real data, validated by your target users, measured by your steering committee.
03 Weeks 7 to 10 Target architecture, model operations, security, integration with existing systems. Measurement of the value actually delivered. Establishment of the governance and compliance framework, in liaison with your risk function.
04 Weeks 11 to 12 Training of in-house teams, drafting of operating manuals, formation of a community of practice. The firm withdraws; you keep the helm, the pace and the methodological capital.
