Artificial intelligence, the French way.

An independent firm founded in 2013, ParisNext stands at the meeting point of strategy, engineering and pedagogy. We work with executive committees on the questions raised by the irruption of artificial intelligence in their businesses: where it creates value, where it exposes them to risk, how it embeds itself in an organisation over time. Three practices, articulated case by case according to subject, calendar and the culture of the institution.

Manifesto

Think. Build. Transmit.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping organisations at a pace seldom seen in the history of business. It redistributes value, displaces skills, retires some occupations, calls others into being. Two pitfalls await those who must decide: precipitation, which multiplies experiments without governance; and watchfulness, which lets the competitor take the lead. ParisNext stands for a third path : intervene with method, write before coding, measure before industrialising, transmit before leaving. This, in our view, is how an advisory firm serves the institution that has chosen it.

01 · Think

AI treated as a board-level subject.

Before any choice of tool, a careful reading of the stakes. Market, margin, organisational model, exposure to risk, human equilibrium. Our notes belong to the durations of a committee, not the brevity of a workshop.

02 · Build

Engineering in the service of meaning.

We architect and ship prototypes plugged into your operational reality. Security, compliance, integration with existing systems: what is measured can be transmitted, what is transmitted can be governed.

03 · Transmit

Your teams remain at the helm.

Tailored programmes for executive committees, short formats for managers, function-level workshops, communities of practice. Our success is measured the day you no longer need us.

Practices

Three disciplines, one signature.

Advisory, audit, training. Three distinct practices, articulated case by case according to subject, calendar and the maturity of the institution.

01

Strategic advisory

Devise an AI trajectory that fits your reading of the market, your P&L and the culture of your house.

Six to twelve weeks Framing memorandum, prioritised roadmap, investment plan
  • Reading of the stakes, function by function
  • Maturity assessment across data, teams and governance
  • Use-case mapping by value, risk and feasibility
  • Quantified business cases and an eighteen-month roadmap
  • AI governance framework and EU AI Act compliance
  • Sustained presence alongside the executive committee
02

Opportunity audit

Identify, in four weeks of immersion, the automations that unlock time, margin and quality across your operations.

Four to eight weeks Quantified diagnosis, prototype, rollout plan
  • Field immersions alongside the teams concerned
  • Analysis of flows, tools and cycle times
  • A short list of eight to twelve ready-to-launch use cases
  • Working prototype on the most mature case
  • Executive report, rollout calendar, indicative budget
03

Training & literacy

Equip executives, managers and operating teams with the bearings they need to decide, supervise and use generative AI in full awareness.

One to twelve days Acculturated teams, shared bearings, capacity to decide
  • Executive masterclass, half a day to two days
  • Manager bootcamp, three to five days
  • Function workshops: HR, finance, marketing, operations, legal
  • Bespoke programmes for executive committees and boards
  • Communities of practice, individual coaching of senior leaders
Method

Four acts, one standard.

Each engagement is structured around four acts. Frame, prototype, industrialise, transfer. No detached PowerPoint: every line written holds true, every deliverable proves useful.

  1. 01 Weeks 1 to 2

    Frame

Immersions alongside the relevant directions, executive-committee workshops, a critical reading of the data at hand. We formalise three testable value hypotheses and the frame within which they must be settled.

  2. 02 Weeks 3 to 6

    Prototype

A small team brings together strategy, design, engineering and legal. We deliver a working prototype on one or two use cases, plugged into your real data, validated by your target users, measured by your steering committee.

  3. 03 Weeks 7 to 10

    Industrialise

Target architecture, model operations, security, integration with existing systems. Measurement of the value actually delivered. Establishment of the governance and compliance framework, in liaison with your risk function.

  4. 04 Weeks 11 to 12

    Transfer

Training of in-house teams, drafting of operating manuals, formation of a community of practice. The firm withdraws; you keep the helm, the pace and the methodological capital.

« Paris always looks further than its own light. »

Voices

A few words received.

« We had consulted two firms before ParisNext. It is the first time our field teams use, in their daily work, what is delivered to them, and the first time the finance department recovers its bearings in the figures announced. »
Élise Maréchal-Vallat
Chief Transformation Officer, listed industrial group
« The rigour of a strategy firm, the velocity of an engineering studio. And, what is rare, a constant care for transmission: our teams never grew dependent on the firm. »
Hadrien de Saint-Loup
Chief Data Officer, private bank
« For the first time we discuss artificial intelligence in our executive committee without the conversation collapsing into a list of keywords. ParisNext gave us the vocabulary and the heading. »
